Please join your CPA NB Woodstock chapter for lunch at noon followed by a 3-hour session titled "Ethical Dilemmas: The Thick Grey Line", presented by Elspeth Hagan, General Counsel, Global Compliance at McCain Foods Limited.

This course provides participants with opportunities to evaluate ethical scenarios in a variety of contexts that are realistic and representative of the CPA demographic (including industry, not-for-profit, public sector and public practice).

The course begins with a brief refresher of the CPA Code of Professional Conduct, followed by team-based evaluations of ethical scenarios and potential actions to determine where the line of acceptable behaviour is crossed. Small group discussions will be followed by larger group debriefs.

Participants will increase their competence and confidence in interpreting and applying the CPA Code of Professional Conduct to real-life workplace challenges.
