CPA New Brunswick has adopted the CPA Code of Professional Conduct as the centerpiece of its self-governing regime.

This lunch seminar’s objective is to heighten awareness of ongoing professional obligations arising from membership with CPA New Brunswick. This interactive session will provide a high-level overview of the provisions, format and application of the CPA Code of Professional Conduct, the legislative, regulatory and policy framework that surrounds it, and the fundamental principles of professional ethics it upholds.


Marc-Antoine Chiasson focuses his practice on commercial, construction and insurance litigation. He advises and represents private and public institutional clients, small and medium sized enterprises and individuals regarding litigation, alternative dispute resolution, privacy, employment and environmental matters.

Marc-Antoine also has experience in Administrative and Health Law matters. He has appeared before and advised administrative tribunals. He has also participated in drafting by-laws and policies on privacy, disclosure, language and human resources.

Marc-Antoine has appeared before all levels of courts in New Brunswick. He has recently been recognized by Best Lawyers in Canada for his practice in Corporate and Commercial Litigation and Health Care law.

He is on the boards of the Greater Moncton YMCA Foundation and l’Association des anciens et anciennes de l’Université de Moncton and was also a member of the Board of the New Brunswick Investment Management Corporation and the Board of the Greater Moncton YMCA.
