ABOUT THE SESSION

Providing an overview of human decision-making processes, this course considers ethical dimensions of decision-making as well as decision-making frameworks.

Using case studies participants explore some of the specific challenges encountered when making decisions in today’s complex business environment where uncertainty is common.

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR

Maureen R Gillis, CPA, CA has decades of experience in leadership roles. During her career, she has worked in public practice, industry, government and education.

This variety of experience allows her to bring multiple perspectives to the courses offered.

Her professional experience is enhanced with formal training in adult education, allowing her to focus on the different learning styles of others while bringing a practical perspective to the interactive workshops offered for today’s professional.
