The Board of Directors is very pleased to announce that Mylène Lapierre, CPA, CA, CFE has been officially appointed as CPA New Brunswick’s President and CEO, effective November 8, 2019. \nMylène has been acting as CPA New Brunswick’s Interim President and CEO since July 2, 2019. \nPrior to being appointed to the role of Interim President and CEO, she held several key senior positions within our organization. \nMylène brings a strong regulatory and audit background, as well as an extensive knowledge of CPA New Brunswick’s staff, structure and its members to the role. \nIn addition to holding her CPA, CA and CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner) designations, Mylène is currently working towards her MBA and a Chartered Secretaries & Administrators Designation (ACSI).
