Creating a New Professional Corporation

The steps for establishing a new professional corporation (PC) for a CPA New Brunswick member are as below.

  1. Ensure that the name chosen complies with paragraph 19.05 of the CPA New Brunswick By-Laws (before submitting the request to Corporate Registry (Service New Brunswick));
  2. Complete the Application for Registration of a Professional Corporation and submit the application along with a certified copy of the corporation’s Articles of Incorporation and a confirmation of good standing as a corporation from the appropriate government agency;
  3. Pay all required fees, as determined by the Board (once the application is received, CPA New Brunswick will send you an invoice).
