Registration Terms

All prices displayed are in Canadian Dollars.

Following registration, members will receive a confirmation email at the e-mail address provided at check-out.

Refunds

Unless specifically stated on the registration page, the deadline to receive a refund for an event is three (3) business days before the event.

Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds will not be issued for no-shows.

Cancellations will be accepted by e-mail only and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.

Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment.

These above apply to all CPA New Brunswick events unless otherwise noted on the corresponding event webpage. Please read all individual event information thoroughly.

Course Material

For conference sessions, course material will be sent electronically the week before the event.

It is the member’s responsibility to bring all necessary material to the event. A member may choose to save the files on their computer or tablet, or to print it.

These materials are protected by copyright, and licensed for use by CPA New Brunswick. All rights are reserved, no part of the course material may be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system, or transmitted, in any form or by any means (photocopying, electronic, mechanical, recording or otherwise). Participants may download the course materials and print materials for personal use only.

Photography

CPA New Brunswick reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at its events in publications or other media material produced, used, or contracted by CPA New Brunswick without the express written permission of those included within the photograph/video.

CPD Reporting

If you attend an in-person session hosted by CPA New Brunswick or one of our chapters, we will record your CPD hours for you the week after the event.

If you register for an e-learning seminar (Live Broadcast, On-Demand, etc.), you will have to record your CPD hours yourself at www.mycpawebservices.ca.

Dress Code

Unless specified otherwise, the dress code for all CPA New Brunswick events is business casual.

It is encouraged to wear layers to stay comfortable in case of varying temperatures in the meeting facilities.

Waiting Lists

The maximum number of participants in a session or event is dependent on the type of presentation, the instructor, and the room size. Although we try to accommodate as many requests as we can, we do not want to compromise the ability of our instructors to teach effectively or to cause the room to be too uncomfortable.

If a session or event is full, you can request to be waitlisted.

Special Dietary Requirements

Please inform us at the time of registration if you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions. The information will be passed to the catering staff at the facility and you will need to identify yourself to the server in order to receive your meal.
