Throughout their professional careers, CPAs are subject to ongoing regulation to protect the public interest. The Chartered Professional Accountant Act of New Brunswick was enacted on September 1, 2014. Among other things, the Act provides for the regulation of Members and Firms, and the establishment of By-Laws to govern the operation of the Chartered Professional Accounting profession in New Brunswick. Governing documents are available to view or to download in the side menu.
