The CPA New Brunswick Act

The Chartered Professional Accountants Act of New Brunswick was enacted on September 1, 2014. It is the result of extensive and detailed consultations spanning many months between the three legacy accounting bodies (CA, CGA, and CMA) and the Province of New Brunswick. Among other things, the Act provides for the regulation of members and firms.
